When you subscribe to The Iron Foundry Online Program, you do not just subscribe to one program, but to all of our programs. Are you new to training? Then follow the Minimal + Novice track, and then, when you are ready, switch over to our flagship Foundry Strong program.

The Iron Foundry also offers rugby players all year programming that takes into account whether it is the off-season, pre-season, in-season or during the transitional phase. The two rugby tracks covers relatively new players (<2 years) and experienced players (>2 years).

We are building our work capacity in order to be able to support higher training intensities in the coming cycles. During this cycle, we will be looking at maximising muscular development and growth and body composition.
